Our Extended Warranty
Upon the purchase of a FaceMaster Extended Warranty, FaceMaster of Beverly Hills, Inc. (“FaceMaster”), warrants to the original end user purchaser ("original purchaser") of the FaceMaster Facial Toning System that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for five (5) years from the expiration date of the original one year limited warranty with which the product was sold. This limited warranty only applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable. In the event of a warranty claim under the limited 5 year extended warranty, the purchaser must provide satisfactory evidence of the date of purchase from FaceMaster or an authorized FaceMaster distributor and that he/she is the original purchaser.
If the product proves defective during the applicable warranty period, FaceMaster, at its option, either will repair the defective product without charge for parts and labor, or will provide a replacement of an equivalent product (as determined by FaceMaster) in exchange for the defective product. Parts, modules and replacement products used by FaceMaster for warranty work may be new or reconditioned to like new performance. All replaced parts, modules and products become the property of FaceMaster.
As used hereafter, "Customer" refers to the person or entity asserting rights under this warranty. In order to obtain service under this warranty, the customer must first contact FaceMaster to authorize and arrange for return of the unit. Call toll-free (800) 770-2521, or from outside the US and Canada, (616) 588-1662 or email us at FaceMaster@SlcCompanies.com.
When authorization for repairs is received, the Customer must notify FaceMaster of the defect before the expiration of the applicable warranty period and return the unit for service. Customer shall be responsible for packaging and shipping the defective product to the service center designated by FaceMaster, shipping charges prepaid and with a copy of proof of purchase by the original purchaser. FaceMaster shall pay for the return of the product to Customer if the shipment is to a location within the United States. Customer shall be responsible for paying all shipping charges, duties, taxes, and any other charges for products returned to any other locations.
This warranty shall not apply to any defect, failure or damage caused by accident, ordinary wear and tear of mechanical components, use outside of the product's specifications, improper use or improper or inadequate maintenance and care. FaceMaster shall not be obligated to furnish service under this warranty a) to repair damage resulting from attempts by personnel other than FaceMaster representatives to install, repair or service the product; b) to repair damage resulting from improper use or connection to incompatible equipment; or c) to repair any damage or malfunction caused by the use of non-FaceMaster supplies.
THIS WARRANTY IS GIVEN BY FACEMASTER WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. FACEMASTER AND ITS VENDORS DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. FACEMASTER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO REPAIR OR REPLACE DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY PROVIDED TO THE CUSTOMER FOR BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY. FACEMASTER AND ITS VENDORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IRRESPECTIVE OF WHETHER FACEMASTER OR THE VENDOR HAS ADVANCE NOTICE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Return Policy
We are so sure that you'll be satisfied with the quality of our products that we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your FaceMaster® within thirty (30) days of purchase for an exchange or refund of the product price and applicable tax. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We cannot accept returns shipped via FedEx or UPS from a non-U.S. address.
In order to successfully process a return for a refund, or exercise a warranty exchange, you must contact us and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You can request an RMA number by emailing FaceMaster@SlcCompanies.com or calling 1-800-770-2521.
We do not refund shipping or handling charges nor are we responsible for return postage. We can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from FaceMaster.com. Should you need to contact us regarding the status of a return or exchange for which you've already been issued an RMA number, please email FaceMaster@SlcCompanies.com or call 1-800-770-2521.
Exchange Policy
A. Within thirty (30) days of shipment, you may exchange any defective item purchased at FaceMaster.com for a replacement product. If you want to exchange merchandise, please contact FaceMaster@SlcCompanies.com to get your RMA number. If you request an exchange we will pay shipping charges for the item we ship to you. Please be aware that your country may levy import customs and duties on items we ship to you.
B. You can order a new item now and return the original item later for credit. However, we will need to charge your credit card for the second item. Once we receive your return, we will credit your credit card for the cost of the original item, minus shipping. Please contact FaceMaster@SlcCompanies.com to arrange this.
Refund Policy
We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item in accordance with your obtaining an RMA number. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days of our receiving your return.
We do not refund shipping or handling charges nor are we responsible for return postage.

Sales Tax
Applicable Sales Tax will be added for shipments to residents of California.
Shipping Policy
FaceMaster.com computes shipping based upon the dollar amount of your order, less any applicable sales taxes.
- $7.95 on the FaceMaster® Facial Toning System
- 10% of the retail value on all other products
- A minimum of $5.95 is charged unless there is a special shipping offer
- Canadian orders are charged US shipping plus $6.00
- All non-US and non-Canadian orders are charged $40
1. FaceMaster® orders are typically sent to our delivery company for shipment the business day following order placement (business days are Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays).
Expected delivery times are:
Ground = typically 3-7 business days after being sent to our delivery company depending on location.
2. All orders to Alaska and Hawaii will be sent via best method available.
3. Canadian customers will also be charged Customs clearance, duties, and taxes. Those charges will be collected, cash on delivery, when you receive your package. These charges are billed strictly by Canadian Customs and are not connected to FaceMaster.com's shipping and handling charges.
